Job responsibilities:

Lead the team to carry out industry chain, supply chain business, and related resource coordination in related fields suitable for the company's development according to the company's strategy and international business development needs, comprehensively plan and achieve the company's business objectives.

1. Continuously insight into industry and market trends, track key data, deeply explore user needs, output systematic supply and demand analysis, effectively judge, adjust ideas in a timely manner, and continuously optimize business models.

2. Coordinate product resources and sales management. Conduct research and grasp information on the supply situation of the industrial chain, technical requirements, cost differences, regional resource advantages, etc., combined with the company's medium and long-term category planning, analyze and evaluate, and innovate supply solutions. Develop a plan for the launch and sales of newly developed trade products.

3. Coordinate the entire supply chain management. Integrate supply chain resources, promote the development, production, improvement, and extension of high-quality suppliers, coordinate and solve problems in various links, and strengthen supplier management. Have sensitivity and accurate judgment on changes in market supply and demand, product cycle, and price trends, conduct regular data analysis, adjust procurement and sales strategies in a timely manner, negotiate procurement transactions, and control risks such as contracts and inventory.

4. Actively expand upstream and downstream channels, open up new business opportunities, and establish long-term, good, and stable customer relationships.

5. Establish and manage a business team, conduct team building, training and assessment management for team members, and enhance team combat effectiveness and execution.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Biochemistry, Agriculture, Food, International Trade.

2. CET-6 or above, with good business English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

3. With over eight years of sales management and practical experience, and over five years of experience in agricultural commodity trade, familiar with international trade, marketing workflow, and agricultural product export and transit procurement and sales, able to independently organize upstream and downstream resources.

4. Systematic thinking, customer-oriented, with strong information collection and analysis abilities, business acumen, and risk management awareness.

5. Possess business negotiation ability, market development ability, strong project management ability, communication and collaboration ability.

6. Priority will be given to those who can build and manage their own team.
