DECOLORIZED PHOSPHOLIPIDS

Product Characteristics
This product is a by-product of soybean oil or sunflower oil production. It is brown to brown viscous liquid. It is made by dehydration and decolorization. The total phospholipid content is not less than 60%. It is composed of phospholipids and oil. The HLB value is about 3. It is partially soluble in organic solvents such as acetone, ethanol, isopropanol, and soluble in n-hexane and ether.
