SOYBEAN LECITHIN (GRANULES)

Product Characteristics

  This product is an oil-free granular lecithin product. It is made from powdered lecithin using a unique granulation process. The total lecithin content is not less than 98%. It is yellow to brown granular, has the aroma of soybeans or sunflower seeds, and is easily dispersed in water. It is insoluble in acetone, soluble in ether and n-hexane, and partially soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol.
