LIQUID LECITHIN

Product Characteristics
Liquid lecithin, also known as concentrated lecithin, is a yellow viscous substance. It is a colloid separated from the refining process of soybean oil or sunflower oil and is an important by-product in the oil industry. This product is a by-product of the production process of soybean oil or sunflower oil. It is a brown to brown viscous liquid. It is made through dehydration and impurity removal processes. The total lecithin content is not less than 60%, and it is composed of lecithin and oil. The HLB value is about 3. It is partially soluble in organic solvents such as acetone, ethanol, isopropanol, and soluble in n-hexane and ether.
