Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for the analysis and research of microorganisms and their metabolites produced by solid-state fermentation, as well as their application technology in the field of animal nutrition;

2. Have experience in formula design, production process, and product development projects for animal nutrition products;

3. Provide technical service support for the application of animal nutrition products;

4. Provide technical guidance and training to professionals in animal nutrition;

5. Undertake research projects, apply for research projects and awards, write patents, and publish high-level articles.

Job requirements

1. Doctoral degree, majoring in animal nutrition, microbiology, biotechnology, fermentation and enzyme engineering, etc. Fluent in spoken English;

2. Have the ability to learn quickly, independently undertake projects, and carry out scientific research work;

3. Strong reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English;

4. Passionate about scientific research work, down-to-earth and hardworking, with a sense of teamwork and innovative spirit.

5. Strong team building, organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
