EGG YOLK LECITHIN E-70

Product Characteristics
This product is made from fresh egg yolk powder, extracted and refined using original patented technology and equipment. It is yellow to brown plastic with a slight eggy smell. E-70 is insoluble in acetone, but soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, ether or n-hexane. Its color gradually darkens when exposed to air.

Packaging Specifications
The inner packaging is a double-layer low-pressure polyethylene plastic bag and an aluminum foil bag, with specifications of 1kg and 5kg per bag;
The outer packaging is a paper barrel or a kraft paper box, with a net content of 20kg
Storage conditions
Airtight, light-proof, moisture-proof vacuum packaging, stored in a cool, dry place;
Best stored in an environment below -18°C;
Shelf life is 12 months
