MODIFIED LECITHIN (LIQUID)

Product Characteristics
This product is a modified product of soybean lecithin. The total lecithin content in liquid form is not less than 50%. It is soluble in n-hexane and partially soluble in acetone, ethanol and isopropanol. The HLB value is about 10. It is easily dispersed in water and forms a stable emulsion. It is insoluble in acetone, soluble in ether and n-hexane, and partially soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and isopropanol.
