NON-GMO SOY LECITHIN (POWDER)

Product Characteristics

  This product is a powdered soybean lecithin without oil. Its raw material comes from the concentrated lecithin in the oil pressing process of non-GMO soybeans. It is made into a powdered lecithin product through de-oiling and deodorization and other purification processes. The total lecithin content is not less than 96%, and it is composed of lecithin and oil. The HLB value is about 7, it is easy to absorb moisture, easy to disperse and swell in water; it is insoluble in acetone, soluble in n-hexane and ether, and partially soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and isopropanol.

Packing Specifications

 The inner packaging is double-layer plastic bag and aluminum foil bag, the specifications can be divided into 1kg, 5kg, 20kg per bag

The outer packaging is kraft paper box or kraft paper bag, with a net content of 20kg or 25kg per box or bag

Storage conditions

  Store in airtight, light-proof and moisture-proof packaging in a cool and dry place;

  Shelf life is 24 months
