Product Characteristics
This product is a byproduct of the production process of non-GMO soybean oil. It is a brown to brown viscous liquid. It is made through dehydration and impurity removal processes. The total phospholipid content is not less than 60%, and it is composed of phospholipids and oil. The HLB value is about 3. It is partially soluble in organic solvents such as acetone, ethanol, isopropanol, and soluble in n-hexane and ether.
